Hi there,
anybody have the above book, can tell me if they have footnote 78
on page 56 as mine appears to be missing.

seems Bender missed it in designing and I also did in proofing. Here is the footnote:

The photo is on page 75

As he has me using new MAC/IBM compatable design program now that no longer requires the cut/paste of text and footnotes during the design, a problem that should not happen again.
