ss camouflage cap

Hello Gents,

I like to hear your opinion about this camouflage cap.
The camouflage is original and the front of the cap is made of thick carton. I would like to know if it could be field made or put together after the war.

maybe field made but its always hard to tell if made in 1943 or 1967

I agree with Besslein, could well be a fieldmade cap but unless you have a rock solid provenance the value is low. Nice cap anyway.

I've seen MUCH better field-made caps. I agree with my contemporaries. This is NOT a factory-made piece for sure. No telling when it was made.
