    What kind of skull

    Hi.

Has anybody seen a similar, or does know this kind of skull- it is not in best condition, and I don't know if it was originally bend that strong.

    Plz have a look.

    Thx, Pzb14

It looks like a late war made zinc pattern of the "tilt" skull. Here is a similar skull (not from my collection).

It was not unusual to find cap skulls on collar tabs.

Not sure what kind of skull, but I like it.
There something very righteous about skulls in the state of decay.
...hmm maybe I shoud start collecting them, as by the looks of it, the minty ones are way out of my price range.

The skull pictured at the start of this thread matches exactly the types I have had in Dachau lots...damn now I wish I had kept some LoL...it just seems I always sell them when I get them...but yeah they had them at Dachau in storage when the GI's came,

                          Best,

                          J

Like I said it's 'Kavallerie', I had the chance to get one from France for only 10 euro but I wasn't intrested (some years ago), but now I of course regret.

No doubt! Normally such zinc skulls were used by the Wehrmacht cavalry at the end of ww2.

But was that skull pattern used by the SS at the end of war again? Why not!
