    This means that it is not paper?

    I have never seen this kind of white substance on any original RZM eagle before.

        well guys , i am still up in the air with this one & i am no further too knowing if this is a wartime or post war piece , if i can get it confirmed i will be able too return it , so i need all the help i can PLEASE
