Picked this one up last Friday in the Hague ( Mario ) .

Tunic-removed & plain beautiful age-toning - I waited so long for one just like this , I simply had to show it here . Hope you like it too ..

here's another tunic-removed Cufftitle I picked up - just one day later !

Probably even more rare worldwide , I will defend it by stating that the W.A. ( Weerafdeling der N.S.B. ) was a major source for luring volunteers into the - misrepresented as " Dutch only " - FREIWILLIGEN LEGION NIEDERLANDE ..

" Vendel Hendrik Bannink " for HAARLEM & omstreken .

Note that both the piping & text are in WHITE - the more commonly found vendels " Peter Ton " & " Jacob Jansen " were in gold bullion .

This one originates from an interrogating officer of the Dutch 1945 B.S. ( Binnenlandse Strijdkrachten ) , who obviously took the trouble of removing this CT as a whole , keeping it intact " full circle " - an almost unique feat in itself .

Quite a rare item , posted here for all those interested in Dutch WW2 history ..
