sleeve diamond - SS, Nskk or both?

Gentlemen:
I checked Angolia's book which said worn by former NSKK members who
voluntered for death's head units.
Davis' book (TR INSIGNIA) states qualified drivers insignia.
Which is correct?

As far as I understand it's a private purchase bullion NSKK drivers badge.

Agreed, either private purchase and/or officer quality NSKK.
The light blue RZM tags are typical for NSKK (like black is for SS and red for HJ)
so based on the tag color its intended for NSKK but I guess former NSKK officials in the SS-VT could have also been entitled to wear these (?) At least this per Angolia's SS insignia book but, Mollo does not mention this raute in his SS publication, but again the design (in metal or silver or bullion) is NSKK, so is the RZM tag color.
