    Hi Military,
this tab is attached to the wrapper and there is no way to take picture of the back,
more interesting shots for education and research coming soon.

Bad as a bad thing on a bad day. If you have the wrapper in hand what happens when you blacklight the stitching holding the tab on ... and the buttons, strap, collar and construction stitching ?

        Ian.

          Hi Ian,
no glow anywhere on the wrapper at all.
Can you please explain what did you mean by saying Bad as a bad thing on a bad day?

          regards,

          eddie

My mistake, I thought the glow was from part of the tab !

                  IMO UV-test doesn't prove anything

This TK tab is an absolute original example and just shows a variation of an bullion tab skull. It is more pending on the taste some collectors have how I would call it. The tab will even show probably nice features as I assume when you could post a photo of the reverse of it. In regards of the Unterlagen, there are different styles out regarding color and slightly in style as well. Further a similar example is shown in Angolia's Cloth book (I know not every book is 100%, but this example is 100%.

                      Hi Robert,
thank you for your comment, i am as well starting to belive that this is possible original a specially after UV light experiment.
I don't have much knowledge in this area of collecting and can only relay on experienced collectors or experiments.
Very strange to see many old collectors give this tab right away perhaps this is more rear variant and we will find out the truth soon.
I hope to hear more comments from people that not just repeat each other but really know what they are talking about.
Either way we all learn here something every day and i hope there will be more comments either good or bad, discussions are very healthy a specially when we find new things about our hobby.

                      best regards,

                      eddie

I tend to agree. While I am not as certain as Robert, I see far less cause for concern that some others have voiced...and I am, by nature, a skeptic.

I was deliberately slow to respond on this one, because I knee-jerked an answer on another forum recently, which I would not have given, had I taken time to do a more careful evaluation. However, I have looked this one over several times now, and I still like it.

                            Skepticism @ first, Confidence now.
I Would love to see the wrapper it's on.
                            cheers,
