Another oddball, had it from the 70's but sadly have not seen one like it. First its a strange size, much smaller than usual but seems too big to be for a cap. A normal EM is present for comparison. The EM was a cutoff that someone [not me] trimmed. There appears to be cardboard underlagen present.
