Opinions on skull and eagle

Hi guys.

A friend of mine made a great find today when he picked up an Allgemeine-SS visor cap. He is comfortable with the cap itself, but would appreciate opinions on the skull and eagle.

Eagle is a "360" so it's easily to detect as bad too. Just keep that number in mind.
