The doll looks like a period doll or a reproduction of one. My guess is that the uniform was made post war. I know they made SA dolls, but this one is too embellished, IMO. It just doesn't look like something that was made in the 40's.

Go on "SEARCH" and type in "SA Doll". There are several examples of an SA doll, and 2 fascist dolls.

Looks more like a dressed up item for the modern-day collector than a period toy , IMO .
The miniature uniforms , decorations etc. are readily available ..

To answer the original question, the doll is old and probably from the period, but the ss outfit it is wearing is not.
