Finnish waffen ss

hello to all if anyone can help i have a few questions regarding the Finnish waffen ss legion, as i have just really started getting interested in the legion.
1.in a picture i saw on the net Finnish ss men were wearing totenkopf collar patches was there a reason for this? maybe a sub unit?
2.was the cuff title shown on the web ever issued?
last one,
3.did the Finnish ss ever have there own unit collar patch like other non German ss unit?

I havent seen any finn kragespiegel, but finn frw. in units like Nordland used the finn lion armshield.
