e-stand fraud TK

I was wondering if this cap TK ever turned up? it was bought from the e-stand and the buyer instead of getting the one pictured got the one below.

The seller has just resurfaced again on the e-stand under a different name

Bill,
Its not a case of we allowed anything, the first Fraud as far as i know was not reported although i see there was a discussion in a sales thread about it, the user then created another name to sell under, made numerous ZAV postings within a 2 hour period then started selling. Both accounts are now suspended
