The original holder is still alive and has the document and silver badge. He was a member of the SS-Polizei Division.

The veteran owner visited a Police friend of mine in Germany very recently..............complete with badge and the citation.

No doubt about the originality.

Don't want to look like the troublemaker here but this document seems very crude to me if we think about the TR standards of quality and the type font is, IMHO, not period.
