I vote for SS-Pz.Gr.Rgt.5 "Totenkopf" , this must be Totenkopf instead of Thule in the list !!!!!!
This is the very tough Regiment of the famous Otto Baum !!
My second vote is for the also very tough Regiment "Theodor Eicke"
Both Regiments had by far the most Close combat badges (Gold)

SS Pz Gr 5
Theres often been some confusion about the name of SS Pz Gr 5. But J beleive youre right. The mistake is repeated in "Die Waffen SS, eine Dokumentation" by Dr K-G Klietmann, page 119 (Osnabrück 1965) Although is stated correct in "Soldaten , Kämpfer, Kameraden" (Osnabrück 1991) in the divisional orders printed in Band Vb.
As far as J know "Thule" was the former T IR 9 "Thule" and later kradschützen regiment "Thule" in the T-Divison, hence the mistake
