LAH & SSTV Cufftitles

Greetings all,

Cufftitles are not my area so may I get comments on these 2? Both are identical materials and construction, do not glow at all under blacklight for what that's worth. I assume they're fake but just wanted the guru's opinions. Photos taken at night with flash so they look somewhat brighter than in hand. If better ones are needed I can take in daylight tomorrow. All comments appreciated.

I was also in Vienna a couple of years ago and wanted to come home with a relic, but after looking in several shops and finding fakes and over priced items I came home with nothing. I did have a great time however.
