The skull is a moustachio fake Deschler, can't comment on the eagle but you've already had the expert's opinion.

the sutures on the head and the features above the mouth, the "5" lower than the rest is a giveaway
about the eagle: the breastfeathers looks like nothing, and look at that eye and beak my friend

I agree, they are bad. Skull is an easy fake to spot.
