wrapper
hello, i can remember to have seen a part of Dieckmann Group including a wonderful Visor in his shop 10-15 years agos , property of august DIECKMANN. the visor could be easily recognised on a portrait photo showing tne wss officer wearing the exact visor.
concerning the wrapper, finding an untouched black wss wrapper is very hard, there are no much known. would prefer pass on this one.

Are you kidding everybody??
I cant believe this guy is even beeing discussed here...
Kai Winkler is to be put into the identical league with Ralf Haas, the biggest scam artists in history. It will be like winning a jackpot if any of his stuff sold is anything close to original. Just look at the **** he offers, 100% horrible fakes.
Even his authentication papers(Expertise) for badges etc. are just good enough to wipe your ass with. No serious collector will even look at those, they are not accepted anywhere.
And no wonder he doesn´t take back his stuff. Its is principles.
Think first, then buy!!!!!!!!!

Winkler
I would like to add:
One has to distriguish between the pre-internet tunics and the ones which came out later.
If I remember correctly Bob Hritz got a very nice W-SS officer's tunic with a very rare "Wiking" officer cufftitle ex The Kai Winkler's collection. He sold it off prior to the internet. Those tunics from the original collection made it into some nice collections. They did not mix with his shp business at the time and in part decorated his office only.
When it comes to his personal collection, Winkler always shows some exquisit taste. He collects them and keeps them together for some time and then sells the items off, mostly through Andreas Thies' auction house, not his own store. Probably since his shop is directed to a different audience.
I personally have seen some of the items at Winkler's home, incl. swords cassettes, etc. pp. which were later auctioned at Thies' auction house.

My verdict is: do not give business to this kind of sellers even if the only original item in their inventory is what you've been looking for in the past decade of collecting. He's a scammer!!!!!! Buying from him fuels his business
Who cares if he has an outstanding personal collection? to achieve that he plunder on collectors!

scam
A friend of my "bought"a wile ago a ek1 from him.It was a good one.He makes
his first deposite because it was a bit expensive en the next month he paid
the second. My friend send him an email with the question when he was
shippimg his ek1.Winkler told him that he already sold it because he never had
a agrement with him.
I think it is very strange to say that after the hole price is paid! so be aware off that guy!!!!
Cheers Ty
