Shoulder and Collar Insignia help

Forum, this grouping was all together from a vets estate. I know about the youth medal, ES badge, skull badge, but have no clue about the rest. Only that they are from the war. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Bill

Well, your not totaly off course. The badge with the runic like symbals is discussed here. German VolkDeutche (Einstatstafel) from Croatia and they wore Waffen SS uniforms after 1942 and is somewhat related to the SS

The other items look like some Italian collar tabs and shoulder insignia amongst some German Army and Luftwaffe and my guess is the skull is large and made after the SS had went to the second pattern skull and would be for Army Panzer as a tradition badge for the visor.
