I'll state my newbie opinion. The runes look a little misshapen in my opinion the angles and the width.

The more experienced guys can tell you whats what.

Hi Bruno. My concern is the placement of the rune on the backing cloth. They should not have that much of a tilt, and the sides of the runes should parallel the narrow borders of the tab.

The runes themselves look a little sloppy, but they are over an unterlagen and have either honest wear, or artificial aging. I have had originals with the embroidery a little loose.

These do not scream fake, yet there are some characteristics that would make me nervous about plunking down my money.

I'd like to hear some feedback from the cloth wizards.

Officer's Tab

The construction on each end of each of the runes has a different width. Not a real good sign. Construction/embroidery is not up to par.
