No intentions beyond showing another ring at opposite ends of the spcetrum concerning condition and having the same name.

    Joe W.,

No, I've never been able to determine with any certainty who my ring is attrribited to.

      hi John,
super nice ring and top condition in every case . Did you have a look in a DAL from 1944 perhaps to find your exact "Adler " ?

is it normal that was used different writing types on the ss-rings?i see the "A"from both rings are different.or was the writing type changed in the years 1930-1940???

i think there was a change in the writings, as well as the skull. between the years 39 and 40 saw the transitional ring come up.

              hey,
yes first ones . See my earlier post according to his comment:

              "
he would need to see the ring in person as he has some questions from the pictures that can only be cleared up by looking at it in hand.
              "

              cheers joe

                [QUOTE=Schmeisserfan;3410254]hey guys,
here I want show you my SS honour Totenkopf Ring from Albert Adler , awarded 20.4.1937 .
Adler was born the 05.09.1909, NSDAP number 555 196
                and ss number 13956 .
See the three photos , in my opinion he is showed
                Untersturmführer and then Obersturmführer .

If someone has more information on this guys, I would really
                appreciate this

Unitil now, I only know that he took part in the "RIESENBERG-MORDE"
and was convicted in a trial in Braunschweig later .
Here a text, unfortunately only in german :
                http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rieseberg-Morde

And yes, the ring is worn and used from outside, but the
inside it really in good condition ,similar like this piece :

                http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=370520[/QU

Intimidating look! perfect SS member no wonder he was convicted in criminal acts..

                  1. The ring is 100% original. (I can tell you that without charging you $250!)

                  2. If the man in the photos was promoted to Ustuf. on 20.4.37, the ring was NOT his. It must be from another Adler.
...yes Robin I know the ring is real but a certificat with sculls Wewelburgs and runes looks nicer no?...
