SS tropical CAP eagle

Some time ago I read in a post that one of you guys, I don’t remember who, have been looking for one of these for a few years. Now for sale at:

It does not look like a tropical eagle to me; it just looks like a white eagle which is stained and yellowed from age (not to mention badly damaged).

hello that would be me, I also think this is a dyed one
Why ??? the black colours looking almost yellow



And the type of bird is IMO wrong for a yellow one,this is also for the camouflaged eagle,s (green and brown) ones
