Thuringen CT opinion request

This Thuringen cuff title was recently offered to me. Appears to have been removed from a uniform as there are a few threads still in place. Also, one end of the CT is undamaged as it was protected by the other end as it was sewn to the uniform.

Any thought on originality would be greatly appreciated.

Photos aren't the best. I was using my Iphone.

If real, I would also appreciate an opinions on value.

there is a protective backing on the reverse...he is a detail shot showing the reverse and a bit of the protective back.
