Urgent opinion asked on a 'Hohenstaufen' cuff-title...

Dear all,

I recently acquired this 'salty' BeVo Hohenstaufen cuff-title. IMO it is a fine original but when comparing it with another example in my collection I noticed some (slight) differences in the 'salt/pepper' background and execution of the characters. Is it a variant? Or even a copy?

Can you pls. give your honest opinions on this one?
