No way for me to say 100% from these or perhaps even any photos, but my feel is that it is a decent cast copy from an original.
The wear seems (too me) to be a reflection on the original that this one was cast from. Detail seems soft, reliefs shallow and appears to have some casting flaws....engraving seems not crisp, all of this could be from wear and damage...thus I would have to see it person...there is one other problem that i will not mention.

Ring
Not an authentic ring IMO. Measure the width of the band near the swastika area. Real rings with some wear are approximately 6.9 millimeters wide. If this was cast from an original, the band would be considerably narrower (probably 6-6.5 millimeters. Not a bad copy except for the Ty-Rune disaster.

Surprisingly it's the second Blossfeld 21.12.43 I observe in the last few weeks and both are cast repro.
I've in my archive pics of the original Blossfeld 21.12.43, papered by Don if I remember well.
Btw, looks like in this one someone retouched the engraving in an attempt to make it crisp
Best

Here's another fake Blossfeld 21.12.43
Btw, the actual owner referred this ring stay in his collection since 20 years
As a note the SS runes have been reworked, as in the original one are differently shaped due to the wear.
