SS collar tabs

No opinions at all?
A fellow collector already told me the TK tab has the correct RZM tag with the letter 'F' on it. Thanks again for the message
I did a search on the forum, and I think the TK tab is promising. But I find it hard to judge because of the heavy oxidation from the wire.
About the SS rune tab and rank tab, I have some doubts.
Due to the shape of them, and the thin weave from the runes.
All comments are welcome.

I think they could be good. The materials and construction look correct. The rune tab appears to have been modified to better fit the collar (and, perhaps, tresse). The rank tab, if original, is probably not SS, but maybe NSKK.

Hello Rene and Brad,
Thank you both for your opinions.
Interesting theory about the rune tab, which is possible indeed.
About the rank tab, can someone clarify it's an NSKK tab? I've had it in hands, and it is larger than the 'normal' rank tabs.
Rene, what is it you don't like about the tabs?
More opinions are still welcome
Kind regards,
Nick

I've been searching on this forum for the TK tabs, and I've found this thread.
http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...TK+bullion+tab
The tab Cary posted, has almost identical to the one I've posted in this thread.
A comparison:
And a close-up from the skull on the tab:
I'll try to get better pictures from the skull tab. But so far it's looking good, I would guess?

IMHO: i don't like runic tab (mix of size, embroidery, perfect lines and position).
Quite all of runes tab could have less or bigger runes size, thread embroided thin or thick, lines os SS QUITE perfect or almost irregular, position could change... but thin and big runes, with thin thread, absolutely perfect lines and this position. IMO not good.
Tk... i haven't the knowledge necessary. but just my 2 cents. i don't like neither
here a picture of a similar tab... but (imo) different for position, lines and embroidery.
i would like to have an opinion from Gary!Attached Files
