    Allach "Maid" opinions needed

    [SIZE="4"]hello all,

    a friend of mine wants sell this very nice Allach BDM. white porcelaine figurine.sinature "förster"or "forster"???
    iam sure this is a orinial item, but what is a good and a fair price for it?
    i hafe only this pic´s ,sorry.

    he want put it in the e-stand but offers are welcome!

              This is known as the BDM girl (Bund Deutscher Mädel) and not the maid. As far as originality and price range this will have to be left to the others. Regards

                  Its a nice original piece. Not sure what market would bring now but the player would have to be an Allach player I would think. The dollar amounts are generally higher than most youth collectors will pay.

                  Market is a tad soft unless the piece is over the top or the subject matter has wider appeal. I have owned both BDM girls at one time and they are nice pieces.

                    The girl BDM looks good. I have seen thus now by "Hermann Historica, Munich".
                    This is a very nice statue from the house "Allach". No question!

                        A very nice piece. Allach IMO will always hold it,s value. I agree with Kris that a lot of items are tough sell due to the economy.
