    Real or fake Shield

    I have this Latvian Shield that has a light tan colored thread instead of white so was wondering if its good or bad

      Does not look like a typical Dachau variant to me...
      Looks like those fakes from Pieces of History (AZ dealer) which they sell as real...
      Hope I'm wrong here but I have my doubts as the weave is very loose with lots of black backing protruding!
