I don't like it- the swastika tape is too thin, and the border tape is too wide...

That's right, but Ive seen period pics with the same construction (thin swastika ) ...
It's also the reason because I'm asking

Armband

Could be OK, but looks like a party armband with black borders added, when??? The reason I say this is when the armband was made, there was little to no room left to accomodate the black stripes. The whire circle is too close at the edges.

Yes, but if it's a modified parti armband... the seam should it not be inside...and not under the black border ?

Good point, but most of the SS armbands have about 5mm space between the black stripes and the white circle. I think this one may have been a possible conversion. The thin swastika is also out of spec for a typical SS RZM type band. Hard to say 100%.
