Need some advice on some SS cloth.

    Hello all,

The next few pieces are from an old local collection that is about to be sold off. I got a sneek peak at what was there was and these few pieces piqued my interest. I have never handled originals so I haven't the slightest idea if these are good or not. Any help that you guys could provide would be a huge help.

    Thanks,
    Greg

First shot is of the three cufftitles. They look and feel alright to me (my initial vibe) but I haven't the slightest idea if they are 100%.

    The back of the Totenkopf.

Heres a bad shot of the back of the Totenkopf title. It was the best I could do with the way that they were attached to the card. I should also mention that all three were full length.

      Smiling faces.

Here's a shot of two skulls. Good or no?

        Hello Greg,
The Deutschland and Totenkopf look good. Lettering on the Wiking looks a bit thick, not sure on it.
I don't believe the fakers have been able to reproduce the woven titles correctly (like the TK one), with the view of the back of that one, you are pretty safe with it.
        Regards,
        Fred

            Hi Greg;

Every piece you've posted in my opinion is 100% original. Congrats on a mighty nice find! The first cuffband is an enlisted mans RZM style in block letter. It's considerably rarer than it's gothic scripted cousin. There are cuffbands that had varying thicknesses in the lettering of which the enlisted mans RZM style Wiking is one of. Lastly, the Totenkopf is an officers "flatwire" version. Rare and highly desireable by collectors. The cap skulls are very nice too. Damn nice find!! If you should end up with any of it and want to move it let me know because you've got yourself a buyer!
            Best regards,

            Tony

              Thanks to all.

              Hi guys,

Thanks to all who replied. As I said these will be coming up for sale soon. I just got a sneek preview of them. I won't know until later what they wil be selling for or if I can even get them. That being said I don't even know what they are worth. What should I expect to pay for these.

              Thanks again fellows,
              Greg

                  Thank you to all.

                  Hello,

To all the folks that have contacted me in the past few days please let me stress that these don't belong to me.....yet. They are unavailable for sale to anyone at the present and won't be for some time yet. As I said I just had the good fortune of getting a sneek peak of these items before they become available to the public. There are other items. some of which I got photos of. I will post these in the coming days for some opinions.

                  Thanks again,
                  Greg

                    More shots as promised.

                    Hello all,

Here are a couple of more items from the same collection. I would assume that these as good as everything else in this lot seems to be.

Let me know what you all think.

                    Thanks,
                    Greg

PS. I apologize for the poor shots. I will go and see if I can get some more in the next few weeks.

                      One more for now.

There are a couple of eagles like this one. I don't recall the marks of the top of my head. I'll have to check and get back.
