SS Panzer 43 Cap

I need to get any and all educated opinions on this cap. I took photos in my room with flash. Its raining out so no true light. Some of the photos are drounded out. The bill appears to be white cheese cloth, flared up around the edges for grip. Interior appears to be silk / rayon found on many caps. The inisignia does not go through liner but stitching is a little choppy looking, may have been field done. let me know if you need anything else.

Thank you for the posts, the insignia doesn't have factory stitching so it was probably added. Could the hat be original? it has a really nice feel to it, buttons are early, lining is typical...
