Could the runes be seperate from the black backing? There are telltale signs of black thread around the runes perimiter. Im not saying they are not good, just noticed the dark thread, verdicts should come from the experts.

juoneen The small stitching (edging) along the ruins shows spots of the black material. To me that's why I was confused with this style of stitching, and the smaller stitching sort of frameing each ruines.

This collar tab is a reproduction and this style has been showed many times on this forum. This version started to pop up around 5 years ago but it might be older than that.

It is far from the collar tab at collectors guild.
