help with this zelt stamp

hello All,

Just received this zelt and am looking for help with this stamp. Is the '32 a date or postal code address like on the Warie stamps that state Berlin 40? This zelt has Aluminum buttons and eyelets as the early Splinter zelts had and it also has very small ovals in the tan background color (see 6Kp stamp). These ovals are much smaller than the normal ovals that appear in the early production splinter zelts. If someone has a stamp from this producer that is more legible, would be great to see for comparison or if anyone can confirm if this is the mnfg date.
