Most all retailers build 4 percent into their cost at stores for CC, I always try to negoitiate it down for cash, 50 percent time it works, if it dosnt, just look for a better deal, although I know these things dont grow on trees, but if you spend enough money at one place (dealer) you should be able to split the cost, sounds quite reasonable to me.
