The quality of the embroidery does not seem to be what you would expect for that high ranking an officer IMHO.

Dave,

I saw these when you first posted but didn't want to be the first to deliver the bad news. Now that two others have I guess I'll swoop in and deliver the "coup de grace"...sorry, but they are very bad. If they were good you would have received 168 pm's asking if they are for sale.
