Need opinion on SS Officer sleeve eagle

Gents, I attempted to post photos of this eagle 2 weeks ago. I was calibrated about the quality of my photos - rightly so. Here are two much better pictures now that I have learned from my youngest daughter! Would appreciate your thoughts/opinions Thanks Rich

Don't look now but your unterlagen is showing! Looks like a type I've seen before that was judged good by the experts when they weren't suspended.
