    instructor at Bad Tolz

Had a uniform collector friend go rather nuts over a photo showing a gray uniform from my pre-war stuff for Bad Tolz. Being an odd or hard to find, thought I'd post it.

He's just posing with a group of cadets. I let my friend have the photo so would rather not post it all as they seem end up on E-bay or similar.

yes well said, the green color is even harder to find then the black one.
And I am very glad to have a green lightweight gabardine one.

For all the PMs about the photo:

The full photo with names is in my volume 2 of "German Cross in Gold Holders of the SS and Police."

There is a lot of information, both text and photographic, in books on the SS that are not exclusive militaria topic books.

I'm trying to identify this "Alte Kämpfer" and Sturmbannführer from Bad Tölz.
I already posted it in the "who is this?" thread in the photo forum but while searching answer on the forum I discoveed this thread started by Marc Yerger.
              I think it's more than related !

These are pinstriped, but yes the broad stripes are another arguement,I believe they were used also the broad type. Why not,SS Tuxedos had double broadstripes,I never understood this arguement.Striped pants were ofcourse used by SS.

Yes, that sounds logic to me.
