High ranking ss officer boards?

Hi guys,i have been looking on this forum for a year or so,i just paid the member fee,can anyone tell me what theses boards are? they have a black base like standard ss officer boards,but maybe they are from another service or post war even,opinions please

They look like some sort of Weimar or Imperial civil boards, like Forestry or something like that...I think they're quite appealing to the eye, but certainly not SS related...
