I believe Justin Zimmerman is a member on the WAF .... username - 'Juzzy'.
I think at one point he had a website (at least last year he did) although if you check the below thread, in the last post he gives his contact email for orders etc...

Dear Bullmann sorry for my mistake.
In the book "Repubblica Sociale: i manifesti" of Ernesto Zucconi Edizioni Ritter Novantico 2002 pag. 118 and 119 is written that the two poster were made by Gino Boccasile. It is a mistake. GB is Giulio Bertoletti
I checked the catalog Furio Arrasich "Catalogo 2010 cartoline militari. Illustratori, RSI, milizia" Edizioni Millecatoline pag. 10 the two poster were made by Giulio Bertoletti with many other. I will advise Galleria Arte Thule of it.
Thank. Harm
PS Do you have more info or works of Giulio Bertoletti?

Hi, Harm!
No problem, of course.
No, I don't really know much about Bertoletti, other than that he was quite productive during the war and that he is probably most known for the "Medaglia d'Oro"-series. I have a couple of them myself (One honoring Italian forces on the eastern front and one honoring the Italian air force).
His style is quite brutal and pretty recognizable although the posters that you show has a somewhat smoother style than many of his other posters.
Here's a couple of links to some of his works:
