When you say offered to us......who is 'US' exactly? Did he try to sell it on E-Stand?
Ive purchased some nice items through Willem, he seems to have a good poster source - apart from this one.

Sorry if this is the wrong spot to post this. I knew that all of the serious SS poster collectors have contributed to this great thread.
I purchased this on Ebay of all places ( i know, bad idea ). It looks very good compared to the one I have been told is original. I'm hoping I stumbled across a bargain, I won the auction for $114.
First pic is the one I have been told by a few people that is original and the second pic is of the one I won on Ebay.

Yes Willem has amazing documents, we are used to buy from him without any problem. Only that poster was suspicious.
He is proposing from time to time fabulous NSB/dutch SS posters, and my little finger is telling me that many of us on the WAF are keeping an eye on his website...

The "Dat N' Leven Van Stavast" is a great document : this folder is not very common, but recently a big lot was found in France, and some "easy-money-men" bought them and resold them 8 times the original price...
I think we already pictured it in the past.
A poster version (not folded) is also available, but it is very scare.
Nevertheless, you did a nice purchase, this is probably the greatest SS flyer/folder available (for now).
Worth a "real" SS poster for sure. Excellent picture of the soldier with the handgranate at the front (picture also available on other dutch SS books) !
It seemed that most of the pictures are NOT taken in the SS-Ausbildungslager Sennheim (only the marching troop), the other were maybe taken in Klagenfurt or in the SS-Vorschule Schoten (?).

Is this the reverse side to the poster you just posted? or another pamphlet?
The poster looks ok to me, one of the more common ones available - have seen these range from 200 --> 500 Euro.

It's a nice pamflet, here in Holland there are around €100-€150 (http://link.marktplaats.nl/544003898 ), and offered a lot of times. The poster version is around €400,00 and also one of the most common dutch SS posters.

Hi,
to my knowledge, only SS posters and some french SS documents (posters, color postcard, and Douai leaflet) are forged.
I will post in the future more infos on the french SS postcard.
IMO you can buy with closed eyes all the other SS propaganda documents, with the exception of the b/w documents.
The value of this SS leaflet is worth 100 Euros without a doubt, because it is a great document.
