Here is another collar tab from my collection. It is of very high quality wool, with a canvas core. The embroidery is very tight and raised, over an unterlagen, with a bit of oxidation and some dents to the runes. This is a uniform removed tab.
I'm curious about the piping though. I'm inclined to think it was upgraded by an NCO promoted, but perhaps it's just the tailoring.
