Need help with SS? Collar tab. What division? Real?

Picked this up yesterday with a few Luftwaffe items. He said it was a SS Horst Wessel? division. I looked that division up and it seems it's not. This one has a Sword on it. Any idea as to which one it is or if it's even SS? Is it real?
