There is no cure but they have medication to thwart the symptoms you guys...when the voices get too loud please get some help.

I was looking through pics today and almost crapped myself. If this is not a direct relative no one is. Dr. you’re a handsome man. Now if your 6’6” frame could actually fit in a period uniform.

About half way through the video, it looks to be Bikini Atoll. I had a client & friend that was involved in WWII in the Pacific. At wars end he had orders to go to Bikini Atoll to be part of the bomb experiments.Originally posted by Dr. Strangelove View Post
His job with many other WWII GI's was to watch the event, and then move on board one of the ships that was anchored that survived the blast intact.
Seeing one of the ships ride the massive tidal wave from the blast at 5 oclock in the video, then turn toward her starbord side brought back memeories of Andy Stiber.
He and I both hailed from Cleveland, so of course we hit it off.
Andy was a wirey fellow, many disliked him but we both got over each other and got along if you know what I mean.
Unfortunately for Andy, his stay and job at Bikini was to catch rainfall, eat the fish from the lagoon and swim in its water. He was there over a few weeks and said it was really great to relax and not worry about anything.
Andy had many bouts with issues from this exposure, suffered and died young because of it. He was in his mid 60's when he passed and this was in the late 80's.
I could go on and on about this guy because he and I discussed the missing National Treasures of Japan as he seemed quite knowledgable about all of it. When we woudl discuss these things he always would wink his eye and say something like....if you only knew...
He told me about one of his prizes ending up somewhere in Cleveland and it was indeed a sword.
Perhaps it was an old GI toying with me, or??Comment
