Is it possible for an M38 EM sidecap with pebble skull button on front/eagle on the side/soutache/grommet on the side type/ to also have the usual long ss rzm cloth tag inside? .ive seen a couple with the ss rzm tag inside but dont know what to think.Thought this type was heer?Is this possible or was this standard?

The SS m34 cap was badged like this (no soutache on the black version), but there should be no grommets...
