The insignia are original ... whether to THAT particular cap I would say is the question.

I have the same concerns as Ian... this insignia looks like it was on another cap and very worn and then transferred to this cap... the cap and insignia do not match up very well. Be careful.

The insignia has been through hell. The cap is mint. They definitely met later in life.
