Sorry but that is not original. Look at the skulls on the chain and the poor quality fittings. The wreath is also wrong as are the markings.

The originals have more depth/thickness to the overall eagle, and have more detail in the legs, etc. I'll try to take a pic of one to better show what we are pointing out.
