no idea, i would think these would have been kept at a hq type building (i might be wrong though) and expect some one to correct me

no, these books could be bought privately and could be owned by anyone ... and as per the greeting card you got with it, then this book was specifically given to someone as a present and I was hoping that maybe it says somewhere on the card or in the book, who it was given to? Cheers, Torsten.

no idea, and one page is ripped out too, darn the bad luck prolly was to the guy that it was given to. only thing that is written on it is in the front has 1.5 or 15 in the corner in pencil
