    SS offiser M-43 opinions.

    Hi.

I wonder if this M-43 looks OK.
If so it is a wonderful cap.
    The insignias are original.

    Thanks

The BF in the lining I assume it is for the soldier that once wore it. However, on field equipment it means it may have come from a German Film studio. Anyway, very nice indeed.

Hi and thanks for your answers.

Yes the cap has cotton under the visor and that is quite uncommon.
There are no traces or shades after Heer insignias on the cap.
Also stamped on the leather sweatband. QUALITÄTS MARKE (can be seen on the second photo).

              Regards
              Derek

The flatwire skull is a big positive for the hat.

In this 3D you can see two identical caps :

                          Interesting to see Emilio.

This is the second M-43 I have seen with cotton under the visor, but I am no big collector on M-43`s, so there could be many out there ?

                          Regards

I have a good one with cotton lining under the visor. Haven't seen many others with that feature though.
