Strange (SS ?) collar tabs

could somebody help me identify those strange collar tabs.
I'm a beginner and have no clue of what I have here.

I believe they were worn by a SS related organization of VolksDeutche Croats.

Yes, you have the right one !

I just aske because some guy in Belgium tries to sell that picture as an original one and I have some doubts about the word "original" if you see what I mean

Of course my latest coverage of the ESderDMiK is written in Italian, but will appear later in Hungarian in "Haditudosito", a relatively new glossy journal published in Hungary and devoted mainly to the Wafdfen-SS!
