Does anyone know, in which combination they were assembled?

The front of that eagle is matte silver painted, not bare aluminum. Therefore, the ideal match would be a similarly painted 499/41 TK. However, any painted CupAl TK would be a fine match; these were not originally sold as sets and original caps rarely had "matching" insignia.
