Welcome to the forum.
The licensplate I can not say but I do not like the other items.
The quality of the SS runes, swastika etc. and how they are put on is not typical German workmanship.

I don't like the license plate. I collect license plates and although I do not have any SS plates, I believe that the runes and numbers look spraypainted when they should be porceline or stamped metal for the period.
